Pickups
Each pick up location has a one-hour pick up window. Please bring a container with you to take your produce home in. A box, cooler, grocery bag, and laundry basket work well for transporting produce.

If you happen to miss your one-hour pick up window your basket will remain at the pick up location unattended for an additional 30 minutes. After this time, your basket is considered an abandoned basket and will be donated to a local food bank or family in need. Consider this your donation as you will not receive a refund.

Returns/Refunds
There are no returns/refunds. Because we purchase produce by the case and break it down to individual shares there would be no way for us to return 1/12th of a case of fruit or vegetables. Your money has been spent as we were directed to spend it and we simply cannot return it.
